The Northside home is a spec build, designed and constructed by Kaizen Homes in Canton, NC. Jonathan and Abby made every call themselves: the hillside lot, the open floor plan, the solid oak hardwood floors, the panoramic orientation toward the mountains. Building on spec is a different kind of discipline. There’s no one to defer to. Every decision either holds up or it doesn’t. Northside held up, and sold.
